Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the PoolRadar mobile application ("App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

• Email address
• Display name
• Firebase UID (anonymous identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication)

During normal use of the App we also collect:

• FCM device token — to deliver push notifications about liquidity pool events
• Portfolio positions — amounts and assets you manually enter in the Portfolio screen; stored in our database linked to your account
• Subscription status — whether you have an active Pro subscription and its expiry date, as reported by Google Play
• IP addresses and server logs — recorded automatically by our server on each request; used for security monitoring and abuse prevention; retained for 30 days

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate you and sync your data across devices
• Send push notifications you have opted into (new pools, status updates, ending soon alerts)
• Manage your Pro subscription and unlock paid features
• Serve ads to free-tier users via Google AdMob
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

Free-tier users see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the Google Advertising ID (GAID) to show personalised ads based on your interests. You can reset or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in your device settings under Google → Ads.

Pro subscribers do not see any ads.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, App Check) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — processes subscription payments; we receive only subscription status and expiry, not payment details — Google Payments Privacy Notice
• Binance Public API — used to fetch launchpool data; no user data is sent to Binance

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled entirely by Google Firebase.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon deletion, your email, display name, portfolio positions, and FCM token are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format

9. GDPR — Users in the European Economic Area

If you are located in the EEA, the following additional terms apply.

Legal bases for processing:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the App's core features (authentication, push notifications, subscription management)
• Legitimate interests — server logs and abuse prevention
• Consent — personalised advertising via AdMob (you may withdraw consent at any time via device ad settings)

International transfers: Some data is processed by Google services (Firebase, AdMob) which may transfer data outside the EEA. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
